Original: Sweetie was relinquished to MAESSR because she was getting too rough with the six-year-old daughter in her original home. Sweetie does very well with adults and just needs to learn that children are not chew toys. Sweetie loves to play with children, but just gets carried away.
Sweetie is everything her name implies that she is. She is extremely sweet and very smart. She wants to please you at all times. She would do best in a home with a firm leader. Since she is under one year of age, the new owners will be required to take her to an obedience class. Her foster mom believes that Sweetie will thrive in a training class environment. Sweetie likes to sleep in the bed with the humans and will sleep in her crate, if you insist. She is totally housebroken and will counter surf at every opportunity. She will get down from the counters when told “No,” but she will try again in a few minutes.
Sweetie loves to play with the other dogs in the foster home and has always interacted appropriately with them. Sweetie likes to ride in the car. She loves to play with toys, but her favorite activity is snuggling with her foster family.
