Snoopy was brought into the Lancaster H.S. shelter with his littermate, Rudie 3. They were surrendered because their owner was moving into an apartment and could no longer keep them. While someone loved these dogs, they clearly were neglected.
Both came in with raging cases of fleas. Snoopy has some very irritated hot spots from the fleas. He is getting antibiotics to help. As the fleas are defeated and he stops itching, the hotspots should heal.
Snoopy is doing very well in foster care. No accidents in the house, he gets along great with all the dogs and the kids. He loves people and never leaves my side. He also does very well in his crate. He likes to counter surf and jump on people, but he is being taught that behavior is not acceptable.
Sadly, Snoopy had to be sent to the bridge after attacking a visitor to his foster home.
