Original: A shelter in western Pennsylvania received Shuster as a stray. He went into a MAESSR foster home where an evaluation of his temperament and treatment of his health issues began. Sadly as he unfolded to his foster family and MAESSR, Shuster turned out to be a dog that would not be adoptable.
