Sadie is Maddie’s daughter – born February 1994. She’s a mix. The father was some kind of terrier – she really doesn’t know. Sadie is kind of shaggy and has a terrier coat. She’s also spayed. Most of her traits are the same as listed for her mother.
Maddie is a purebred spayed female – liver/white – born January 1993. Maddie is not registered. Maddie used to use a crate – doesn’t any more – but she will go into one. She’s housebroken, good with children and toddlers, OK with other dogs (other than Sadie, her daughter) but not around cats. She’s fine with other animals — Betsy’s brother has a farm and they’re both good with the horses. There are no temperament problems. Maddie is really a sweet and docile girl. She’s UTD on shots and on heart worm preventative.
Both dogs weigh about 47 pounds each and they are each about the same size.
Their owner is surrendering them because of a divorce. She would like to place the girls together.
Update:
Sometimes miracles do happen. Maddie and Sadie were placed together with a loving family that lived in the same town. It was as if it was all meant to happen.
