Original: Roy and his mom Hannah were relinquished to MAESSR by their Pennsylvania owner because they would escape from the invisible fence when loud noises such as thunder or fireworks occurred. The family was afraid something was going to happen, so they turned them over to MAESSR.
Roy is an active, high-energy boy that is just terrified he is going to miss something. He has to be in the middle of everything. Roy had always lived outside so his manners need some work. He has not had any accidents in his foster home and is enjoying being an inside boy. Roy’s foster mom believes that with some structure, love, and guidance, he is going to be a fantastic lovebug. His temperament is great. He just approaches the world with JOY!
Currently, Roy pulls on a leash and does not know any commands. A really great bonding tool for this boy would be an obedience class. Roy wants to please so badly, but he is just not sure yet what is expected. Roy sleeps in his crate at night and wants to cuddle every time you have a chance.
Roy is looking for a high energy family to love…is it you?
