Update 10/13/03:

Rosie is now with her new adoptive family.

Original: 
Rosey has been to the vet and is now UTD on all vaccinations. She has also been spayed and will have to have her stitches removed in 14 days. She has had some complications with her spaying and is being watched closely. Rosey is still very thin and could stand to gain some more weight. Rosey otherwise is in great health. She has no long term illnesses and has been cleared by the vet.

Rosey is a very sweet girl who is housetrained and very well mannered. She does not counter-surf but will not linger far when someone is eating or preparing food. She loves to have people food as treats. Rosey has never offered to get in the trash and has not chewed on anything in the house (besides an occasional raw hide bone). She knows sit, lay down and will stay for a very short time.

Rosey is definitely a people dog loving attention that anyone will give her. She has learned from her furry foster sisters how to jump up on people but will obey when told to get down. She also loves laying on a couch or her owner’s bed. She has never seen a crate because she has been well behaved having full run of the house. 

She is very good with children over 4 years of age only because she has not been exposed to any younger children. She has fun with her furry foster sisters but would be better off in a house with no animals due to the attention she loves. She is kind of scared of cats to begin with then shrugs them off. Having no problems with being around other cats.

Rosey still pulls on a leash and progressing well on not to pull however she still needs some work. She loves sleeping with her human foster brother at night or with her human foster parents. She does not like loud noises like a sweeper, lawnmower, or hairdryer and tends to run and hide when one of these are used. 

For where Rosey came from she is a very well behaved girl who just needs a lot of love and attention. She is a very sweet girl who deserves a loving home.
