Roc was surrendered to MAESSR by his family because they were moving and could not take him with them. They had gotten him as a puppy from a breeder who could not take him back. The family was hoping to place Roc with someone who loved springers. Unfortunately, after a week in his foster home, Roc was returned to his owner because he was displaying aggressive behavior. MAESSR did not think that he could be safely placed.
