Reggie was abandoned by his owner when he packed up and moved south. He simply tied him to a tree and drove away. A caring neighbor witnessed this event and has temporarily taken him in until a permanent home can be found.
Reggie originally was with Brittany Rescue and this is what they had to say about him:
Reggie is a real sweet heart. By his gentle and playful disposition you would never know this poor boy was just abandoned by his previous owner. He is so gentle and just constantly begs for love and attention. He is wonderful with kids, other dogs and even cats. He is well behaved, housebroken and also listens to basic commands. He is so eager to please. He just loves to rest and play in a big in a big bale of hay in the back of a pick up truck on the farm where he is staying. In just a few short days he has become a shadow of his temporary foster mom. She says he just craves human companionship. He also loves car rides. This boy will really make someone very happy.
Reggie originally was picked up by an adoptive home for Brittany rescue. It is clear that this boy is not a Brittany. He will be coming to us tomorrow after which we will have more information.
