Rebecca came from a North Carolina family that tried so hard to do the right thing, but they did not have the training skills necessary to bring this pretty little dog to the point where she could function in a normal household. MAESSR gives this family credit for trying as hard as they did.
Terrified of everything except other dogs, Rebecca hides from everything and shuns all human contact. This poor little girl is going to be in the MAESSR foster program for a while as she learns to live with and love people.
