Original: “Wouldn’t you like to have this pretty Penny in your home and playing with your dog?”
Penny’s Virginia owner has a new job that requires her to be away from home quite a bit. Penny was not handling the transition well, and the decision was made to find her a home where someone was around more.
Penny has been a wonderful addition to her foster home. She is so sweet and just wants to be with her family. She is great with the other dogs. Her foster mom is requiring that her adoptive home have another dog for her to be with as Penny so enjoys that companionship.
This beautiful girl with the three colored coat has perfect house manners. No counter-surfing or trash diving for this sweetie. She sleeps on a rug beside her foster parents’ bed at night.
Penny rides well in the car and does not pull on the leash—what a good girl!!
When Penny went to the vet, she tested positive for Lyme disease, girardia, and anaplasma and is being treated for these three conditions. The vet also noticed she had some teeth that were not in good shape. She went back for a dental and had ten teeth extracted. Penny feels much better now.
This love has some mild anxiety so she takes an inexpensive supplement to help her. Use of this will be required for at least six months post adoption.
This beauty has so many wonderful colors in her coat. She is just stunning to see…and her personality is just as stunning. Wouldn’t you like to have this pretty Penny in your home and playing with your dog?
