Original:
Lovie is a sweet almost 10 year old liver and white female Springer with some medical issues. She is up to date on her shots and spayed. Lovie was a stray who wandered into her current owners farm about a year ago. She located Lovie’s original owner but they did not want her back. Lovie needs to find a new home because the family that she found already has several dogs of their own and does not have the time to give her the attention that she needs.
Lovie has incontinence and leaks urine, she has been given medicine for this, but not on a regular basis. Lovie also had a dry eye, this was taken care of when the vet replaced her tear duct with a salivary gland. Lovie is up to date on her shots and heartworm negative. Lovie basically lives on the porch and sleeps in a hammock. She is not tied and does not run away. She is a very calm, sweet lady and does not exercise much. She is definitely a people person and is happy just to be near someone. Lovie basically ignores other dogs. She has never shown any aggression and has been around children as young as 4. Lovie is fine with cats, rides well in the car, and walks well off and on leash. She knows sit and stay outside. Lovie does not bark but will talk. Lovie’s current owner thinks she will make a nice dog for someone who is willing to give her her medication every day. Can you give this sweet girl the ‘Love’ that she needs?
