Original: Layla no longer has to live outside in the cold weather now that MAESSR has helped her on her way. Even puppies need rescue! Layla was surrendered to a vet office at only 12 weeks old by a North Carolina breeder who no longer wanted her. When she was surrendered, she had not been handled or been inside; however, that’s not true anymore though!
Although Layla can be a playful, mischievous girl, she also has a mellow personality, and she is gradually learning confidence in encountering new things. Her foster family and their other adopted Springers are helping her along the way. She is making progress in her housetraining and is learning proper house manners. Getting loving attention, playing, eating good food, and romping through the 15 fenced acres of her foster family’s farm with her foster parents and her canine siblings have made Layla an awfully happy (and tired) girl!
