Ladi is being relinquished because her owners are trying to transfer to South Carolina in the next few months.
Ladi is VERY shy. She likes kids — age doesn’t matter. She likes them more than adults. They also have a cat, and she’s fine with the cat. She weighs about 55 pounds. She is not crate-trained nor has she had any obedience. She was originally bought to be a hunting dog but she’s just too shy. She’s definitely an inside dog and a couch potato. She’s in good health but as usual you have to watch her ears. She does exhibit submissive urination when she’s excited. Ladi is housebroken, doesn’t dig, chew or bark.
We sent a potential adoptor up to see Ladi. It turns out that Ladi will need a very patient adoptive owner. This little girl is terrified of strangers. She will take time to learn to trust whomever adopts her. She is a very good girl, she just needs a quiet, patient home.
