Original: Kati is a seven y/o, liver and white, spayed female looking for a new home due to the grandson’s allergies. Kati currently resides in Scot Depot, West Virginia (Charleston area) with her ten y/o sister, Molly, who also needs a new home. Kati is the submissive one of the two girls and get out of the path of visitors. She lives with an 18-month-old boy. She tolerates him but will leave the room if he becomes too playful.
Kati is housebroken, does not dig, chew, or excessively bark. She has lived with a cat and a bird; she showed little interest in them. Kati needs a slow introduction to other dogs when they come to her home, but she will accept them. Kati will beg for food when given the chance. She will snatch food from the edge of the counter and get in the trashcan if the opportunity arises.
Kati has no formal obedience. She has always had a backyard to play in and is not leash trained. She loves to ride in the car and has rode as far as Florida. Kati loves to swim and play ball. She does not like to give the ball back and would prefer to be chased with it in her mouth.
Kati is groomed about every three months and is a very good girl. On occasion, Kati will lie down in submission when she is being groomed. She is good about getting a bath, her nails clipped, and her ears cleaned.
Kati wants to be a lap dog. Is she the girl for you?

Molly and Kati were adopted out by one family. Unfortunately, they terrorized the cats in the household. So, we took them back and agreed to foster them. The girls have been sent to separate foster homes but are doing just great. They are looking for a loving home of their own.
