Original: When Jingles arrived at a New Jersey shelter, the staff felt certain he had been kept outside by whoever had owned him. He was very matted and terribly soiled. Thankfully, at 44 pounds including his full tail, he appeared to be in overall good condition with need for help on short term health problems only.
In his foster home, Jingles is just getting acquainted. He has gotten along well with meeting the resident dogs. He doesn’t seem to have had any training but may fashion himself a lap dog. What a lap full he would make! More on Jingles coming.
