Jill is a liver and white, purebred ESS. She weighs about 57 pounds. She is being surrendered for personal reasons, not having to do with her.
Jill is in good health. She swims with Shelly every day. But she does have a “cherry eye” and although she had surgery to supposedly correct it, it was not successful. Shelly has discussed surgery again with her vet and because of Jill’s age, it was not recommended. Jill is losing sight in that eye.
Jill can be a little aggressive with other dogs. She was raised with cats and loves them. She will pull on a leash. She’s never had any obedience training and was never crate-trained. But she loves people. Jill acts like a dog half her age.
Jill is a very good girl who needs a home sooner rather than later. If you can help by offering her a home, it would be a great thing.
