Original: Holly is a loving and peaceful dog. Having fun is her middle name. All the love you will ever need is in her big brown eyes. Her foster mom said she was dropped from heaven because she’s so sweet. Holly was relinquished by an owner whose work life required travel, leaving less time for Holly than she deserved. She has been well cared for and came with about 10 toys which she keeps all around her. She is ready to spring into play action at a moment’s notice. She loves her daily walks and is leash trained. Another favorite part of her day is riding in the car, even though she sleeps through the entire trip. She is a very social dog, and you can take her anywhere.
Holly has adjusted well to her foster home and is a joy to live with. Holly is housetrained and never a problem. She does not jump on furniture or people. She knows the commands, “shake, sit, stay, lie down, and no.” She only barks when she wants to go out in the yard. Holly is happy running in the yard and finding new exciting places. She lives with two other Springers, and they are adjusting well to each other. Throw a ball and the game is ON she’s a little ball of energy and will play nonstop. She loves her nice warm bed, but she is crate trained too. Of course, she’d rather have your lap instead.
Holly loves mealtime and shows no food aggression. Her former owner had her on a good healthy diet that she continues. She loves her snacks too and waits patiently for peanut butter biscuits that her foster mom makes with love for the whole crew. What lucky dogs!!!
Holly is loving and loyal and would do well in the home of a couple with older children, as an only dog, or as an additional family pet. Holly came from a very loving home, is very well trained, and has extremely good manners, thanks to a very good start with her original owner. She has only known love and will add that love and joy to any forever home lucky enough to adopt her.
