Original:
Henry came to MAESSR from the Brittany rescue people. He was in the shelter after being found as a stray. The rescue volunteer could not resist that sweet springer face, and she knew if she did not take him he would be put to sleep.
Henry is initially shy, but as soon as he realizes that you want to love on him he will be all over you. He loves to run and play in the yard at his foster home. He thinks that it is wonderful to really be able to stretch his legs. He will grab one of the large balls from the yard and run circles with his prize! Henry has not had any formal training and we would STRONGLY suggest an obedience class to allow all of Henry’s good qualities to shine.
Henry will pull on a leash, jump on you, chase cats, is good with children as young as six, is great with other dogs, rides well in a car, and has been crate trained.
Can Henry be the “king” of your castle?
