Original: Dixie came into MAESSR’s care when her relinquishing family moved and could not take her along. Based on their experience with her, she seemed like a dog who might adjust to a major change in her life. Unfortunately, the change brought about increasingly aggressive behavior in her which led MAESSR to determine that it would not be possible to offer her for adoption.
