Copper is an eight-year-old neutered male. He is a big boy weighing in at 75 pounds! Copper currently resides in Alburtis, PA. Copper belonged to the daughter of the lady that is trying to place him. The daughter has gone off to school and could not take Copper with her. Copper does not get the attention that he deserves. He needs some one to exercise him back into shape! 

Copper is housebroken and stays by himself for up to eight hours an day without an accident. He loves everyone and has been around young children. He will take food out of their hands but does not hurt them. At 75 pounds, he is a hungry boy! Copper likes to jump on people for attention. He would best be placed with children that can handle this. He has been around infants.

Copper loves to play ball and will bring it back for more play. Swimming is one of Copper’s favorite things to do. Copper loves to play with other dogs. He has never been around a cat, but will bark at one when he sees it through the window.

Copper is easy to groom. He will let you clean his ears, brush his teeth, and clip his nails. Copper is afraid of thunder and fireworks. He seeks out his human to comfort him. He would like to sleep on the bed, but is not allowed to get on the furniture. Given the opportunity, Copper will try to get any food on the counter within smelling distance.
