Cooper was relinquished to MAESSR by his Pennsylvania owner after the owner’s wife died and he had to take care of an ailing mother.
This big boy was not at all cooperative at his vet appointment and the vaccinations that he needed could not be given. He arrived in foster care badly matted and because of his equally wild behavior at the groomer, he was not shaved down. His aggression surfaced at other times within his foster home as well.
Because of his aggressive behavior, Cooper could not be safely adopted. He was humanely euthanized and now runs free in peace at the Bridge.
