Cocoa is being turned in by a family who rescued him after watching him being dumped from a car. The next morning, Cocoa was waiting on their porch – poor boy he was very confused. This kind family took him in, got rid of his fleas, got him in good health, and put some weight on him. The problem is that the children in the house are allergic to him.
Cocoa is housebroken, and mostly quiet. He is good with other dogs. Overall, he has a good temperament, but he will growl if you try to take a bone from him. He is only protective of bones and does not react this way to toys or his food. Cocoa loves attention and follows his owner everywhere she goes.
Cocoa has just come into foster care and is doing well so far. As we learn more, we will let you know.
