Original:
C.K. is a great dog that loves to play, and has a great lover for Frisbee’s and ball’s. Sometimes he will even bring them back to you and drop them for you and drops them for you to throw again. Other times he likes to play by himself! We are still working on dropping and giving up the toy.
CK can jump over a 4-foot fence with ease. However, he has only jumped the fence to get to people or the neighbor yard that has two female dogs. Since he is so friendly and agile, he should never be left unattended in the yard and would be best served living in a home with a fence higher then 4 feet or that will leash walk him and take him to fenced areas for exercise.
CK loves to be with people and craves attention; he will whine to get it. He is house trained and never messed in the house, does not go on furniture but will try to get on the bed. CK listens pretty well in the house, but he needs to work out on his outdoor listening skills. He also needs to work on his leash skills.
He gets along with other dog just fine, but does not play with them. It seems he is indifferent to them. CK also gets along with Children as small as 3 year old. CK knows sit, roll over and shakes paws. He is crate trained, but we do not keep him in the crate during the day and he is fine with being home with our two dogs. C.K. does have minor allergies and has to have his ears cleaned every week. He came to us with an antibiotic for skin problems; he was covered in scabs. Some good food and the meds seemed to have done the trick and and all the scab’s are healing. CK is on a special food to help with the allergies.
Overall we found him to be fun and very easy to get along with, he is quite a character.
