Charles came into rescue via Campbell County Humane Society in Virginia. He was found on the school grounds as a stray not wearing any identification. He is very sweet and affectionate. Charles most favorite activity is setting in your lap being loved on.
Charles is housebroken, ignores cats, gets along very well with other dogs, and LOVES kids. The youngest child we know that he has been around is six years old. Charles does pull on the leash and would benefit greatly from an obedience class (this would also help with bonding to his new family).
