Original: “While at the groomer, Cedar was extremely well-behaved. She thought it was wonderful to get all of that attention!”
Cedar was pulled from a Virginia shelter with her father, Bert. Their owner had turned them in because they kept running the neighborhood. MAESSR immediately agreed to bring these two sweet babies into our program.
Cedar is a wonderful little girl that loves attention. She likes to sit in a lap and to sleep as close to one of her foster parents as she can get. Hmmm…does this sound like “typical Springer Spaniel?”
Totally housetrained, Cedar also is crate trained; since she has excellent house manners, it isn’t necessary. This little girl rides well in the car. On walks, she pulls initially but settles down quickly.
When Cedar was at the vet they found that she had a mild urinary tract infection for which she’s currently being treated. Her foster mom recommends keeping her on a daily cranberry supplement for the rest of her life to prevent future UTIs.
While at the groomer, Cedar was extremely well-behaved. She thought it was wonderful to get all of that attention! It looks like this girl loves a good spa day!
Cedar is a lively little girl. She’ll make a super addition to some lucky family!
