Since Brutus hadn’t much socialization in his previous life, he was placed with experienced foster parents who knew how to work with such dogs. As they interacted with Brutus, they found his behavior and temperament to be too volatile, making Brutus unsuitable for adoption. Biting incidents confirmed their assessment.
So, Brutus was humanely sent to the Bridge.
