Original: Bosco 4 came into MAESSR’s care after his Pennsylvania family had a new baby and this Springer boy became overly protective towards their new addition.
Although his relinquishing family reported that Bosco did not like other dogs, this behavior has not been observed since coming to his foster home. Rather, he is a little shy with new dogs and takes a minute to warm up to them. He is getting along just fine with the resident dog and the female foster Springer in the home. Bosco has complete run of the house even when his foster Mom is gone as his house manners are perfect with no counter-surfing, trash diving or getting on furniture.
Bosco loves to go for walks and is good on the leash, as well as riding well in the car. This boy loves his car rides! Although Bosco seemed a little lost the first day in his new foster home, he was fine as soon as he was told he could sleep beside foster mom’s bed that night. He is a handsome gentleman, who is very quiet in the house, loves to run around the yard, and is a true velcro Springer.
Anyone would be lucky to be on the receiving end of his sweet, gentle Springer kisses!
