Original: “A wonderful, sweet boy, Biscuit just wants to be with people…people are the best thing in his world.”
Biscuit came to MAESSR when his family decided he was too needy. A couple of Good Samaritans, who knew the family, recommended MAESSR to help find him a forever home. A transport was quickly arranged from Pennsylvania to get him to his foster home.
A wonderful, sweet boy, Biscuit just wants to be with people…people are the best thing in his world! He follows in his foster mom’s every footstep. Because he would show his distress by whining and crying when his foster mom went to work, a decision was made to put him on a medication to help ease his anxiety. As he settles in and the medication starts working, he is handling her leaving much better.
Biscuit was wonderful at the vet. It was reported that he just let them do anything to him without a fuss. He also was perfect for the groomer.
A good traveling companion, Biscuit rides well in the car. When walking, he pulls on the leash at the beginning of the walk, but settles in fairly quickly.
Biscuit is not crate trained. Although he has checked out the counters in his foster home, he hasn’t tried to abscond with anything.
There were several children in Biscuit’s former family and he was excellent with them. He has done exceptionally well with the multiple other dogs in his foster home.
This Biscuit is as sweet as they come and LOVES to cuddle! This loving boy is going to be a perfect fit in some lucky family.
