Balboa was pulled from a kill facility on his last day. He really is a very good boy. He gets along with dogs and people. We don’t know about cats yet.
Balboa is doing well in foster care. He knows how to walk on a leash and his basic commands. Given his choice, Balboa would run the household. He will need to be placed with a family who has dog experience and is committed to taking him to an obedience class.
Balboa is completely housebroken. He does not chew and he is crate-trained. He has no problem with going into the crate. He is a very well mannered dog. He is content playing with the ball by himself and doesn’t consistly follow you around. Of course, he will take hugs and kisses if they are coming his way.
